Since 1994, we have been offering various metal fabrication equipment of high quality. Our CNC mills are no exception. They are produced by our supplier in Mississauga and other manufacturers. Our CNC mills are more rigid and offer better precision than others on the market. All of our machines are the result of careful attention and craftsmanship! Our CNC mills are among the best on the market; they are ideal for all types of factories and machine shops. To prevent premature wearing and obtain smoother movement, we cover the slides of our milling machines with Turcite-B. All parts such as the beds, base plates, turntables, columns and others are made from high density Meehanite Gr-50 and Gr-450 cast iron. To ensure precision and the longevity of our new and used CNC mills, the rectangular-shaped slides are hardened to a depth of 3mm and adjusted on the three axes. Slides for the mobile components are also coated in Turcite B while the rotation mechanisms for the Class C3 ball screws are self-lubricating.
